APPLE CINNAMON PROTEIN CRÊPE
+ 2 Scoops TPW Protein Pancake Mix (Flavor Neutral)
+ 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
+ 190 ml of milk
+ 1 teaspoon cinnamon (in powder)
+ 1 cinnamon stick
+ 1 apple (without core and diced)
1 Mix the protein pancake mix, sugar, milk and cinnamon powder into a mixing bowl until a smooth dough is formed.
2 Heat a small pan on low heat, heat 1TL of the sugar, the diced apple and the cinnamon stick in it for 5-6 minutes.
3 Take a large pan and heat a little oil.
4 Pour the crepes into the pan and make sure that a thin layer forms in the pan.
5 dough while cooking until the underside is brown slightly and flip crepe in a pan on the other side.
6 Make 4 -6 pancakes and fill it with an apple cinnamon compote.
7 Finally, garnish the finished crepes with Zero Maple Syrup and enjoy!
